Paper making and packaging: paper product bonding, laminating adhesive, etc.

1.Temperature control: The storage temperature should be maintained between 5 and 40 degrees Celsius. Below 5ºC, the emulsion is prone to freezing and demulsification (after thawing, it will stratify and clump, and cannot be reused). A temperature above 40ºC will accelerate the aging of the emulsion, reduce its film-forming property and stability, and shorten its shelf life.
2. Environmental requirements: Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated indoor area, avoiding direct sunlight (ultraviolet rays can damage the polymer chain structure and cause the performance of the emulsion to decline), and keep away from heat sources (such as radiators, boilers, open flames, etc.) and strong oxidants.
3. Containers and Sealing: Store in the original packaging (usually HDPE plastic drums or iron drums lined with anti-corrosion coating) in a sealed manner. After each use, the drum lid should be tightly closed in time to prevent water evaporation from causing the emulsion to thicken and form a skin. At the same time, avoid the mixture of external impurities (such as dust and oil stains) to prevent deterioration.
