Acrylic emulsion is a non-toxic, non-irritating, harmless to the human body and environmentally friendly light white semi-transparent emulsion, which is widely used in industrial production.
Acrylic emulsion is copolymerized from various acrylic acids, methacrylic acids, acrylate esters and functional additives through an optimized process. It is generally a transparent or milky white with a slight yellowish tint, viscous liquid.
This emulsion features fine particle size, high gloss, excellent weather resistance, anti-sticking property and wide applicability. It is commonly used as exterior latex paint, coatings of various colors, and can also be applied to high-grade interior wall paint. When combined with silica sol, it can produce high-grade real stone paint and exterior cement paint.

Building Coatings

*Interior and exterior wall coatings: Acrylic emulsion is the main film-forming substance of water-based architectural coatings, suitable for formulating interior wall emulsions (matte, semi-gloss, and high-gloss latex paints) and exterior wall emulsions (with high weather resistance requirements), especially performing outstandingly in high-gloss and semi-gloss coatings.
*Specialty coatings: including real stone paint, elastic coatings (such as elastic emulsion), liquid granite paint, waterproof coatings (such as silicone-acrylic emulsion) and sealing primers (for sealing treatment of wood or concrete)

Textile industry

*Adhesives and finishing agents: used as electrostatic flocking adhesives (wear-resistant and water-resistant), thickeners for coating printing (to enhance the color fastness of fabrics), anti-shrinkage finishing agents (such as anti-shrinkage treatment for wool products), and sizing agents for warp yarns (to enhance fiber strength).
*Coating finishing: By applying coating, fabrics are endowed with properties such as water resistance and flame retardancy, such as the coating processing of polyester windbreaker or ski jacket fabrics

 

Industrial and functional materials

*Waterproofing and anti-corrosion: As an asphalt waterproofing modifier or a binder for metal/plastic water-based paint, it is used as an anti-seepage and anti-corrosion repair material in fields such as water conservancy and port engineering.
*Paper and packaging: It is used as a paper finishing agent, treatment agent and water-based ink to enhance the water resistance and printing performance of paper products

Products that have exceeded their storage period shall be inspected in accordance with the product standards for the prescribed items. If they pass the inspection, they can still be used
4. Precautions: During storage, this product should be protected from freezing and direct sunlight. It must not be inverted and should not be directly placed in iron containers
